At LIYAN ART, we are committed to providing quality resin products, materials, accessories, and handmade items. We carefully review products before they are supplied to customers.
Faulty Products
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing or product fault, please contact LIYAN ART as soon as possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide:
- A replacement product;
- A replacement sent to your address;
- Store replacement/collection; or
- An appropriate adjustment to the order amount.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged due to an issue during our handling or delivery process, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or other evidence.
After verification, LIYAN ART may replace the damaged item or provide another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Purchases
Except for eligible faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, ordinary purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
Products damaged through customer misuse, incorrect storage, improper handling, modification, or use contrary to product instructions may not qualify.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
The product should be unused and in an acceptable condition.
Custom Products
Customized and personalized products require advance payment.
Because custom products are created specifically according to the customer's request, advance payments are non-refundable after the customized order has been confirmed for production.

Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise agreed by LIYAN ART, delivery charges are paid by the customer.
A return or exchange may involve additional delivery arrangements depending on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.
