1. About LIYAN ART
LIYAN ART is an Afghanistan-based resin art business specializing in resin epoxy, resin-art materials, accessories, handmade resin products, custom orders, and professional resin-art training.
We operate from Kabul and serve customers across Afghanistan through our website, WhatsApp, phone, and physical/offline services.
2. Products
Our store offers resin-art materials and accessories, including epoxy resin, hardener, glitter, pigments, color pastes, clock bases, molds, tools, decorative materials, and other products used in resin art.
We source products through suppliers from different markets, including China, Iran, Germany, Afghanistan, and other relevant supply channels.
Product images are provided for illustration. Because some products may be handmade, imported, or manufactured in different batches, minor differences in packaging, color, texture, or appearance may occur.
3. Product Quality
LIYAN ART places a strong emphasis on product quality and does not intentionally compromise on the quality of its products.
Our resin and epoxy products are selected and supplied with the intention of maintaining consistent quality and performance.
Where a product has specific manufacturer instructions, customers should follow those instructions carefully.
4. Ordering
Customers may place orders through:

- Directly through our store/offline channels
Customers may purchase through the website as a guest without creating an account.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided, including name, telephone number, delivery address, and order details, is accurate.
LIYAN ART may contact the customer to confirm an order before processing it.
5. Payment
Depending on the order and location, available payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- HesabPay
- Atoma Pay
- Ghazanfar Bank transfer
- Cash on Delivery where available
- Other payment arrangements confirmed by LIYAN ART
Some orders may require 50% advance payment before processing.
Orders below 2,000 AFN may qualify for Cash on Delivery where the service is available.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the product, order value, location, or type of order.
6. Delivery
LIYAN ART provides delivery services to a large number of locations across Afghanistan, including door-to-door delivery in many provinces.
Delivery availability, timing, and cost depend on the customer's location and the selected delivery service.
All delivery charges are paid by the customer, unless LIYAN ART specifically announces a free-delivery promotion.
Delivery times may be affected by weather, transportation conditions, holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.
7. Returns
LIYAN ART accepts returns only when there is a legitimate product fault or quality issue attributable to the supplied product.
Except where a product is faulty, damaged, or otherwise covered by an applicable LIYAN ART return arrangement, ordinary purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers should inspect their order promptly after receiving it.
8. Exchanges
An eligible product may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, subject to verification by LIYAN ART.
The product should be unused, in acceptable condition, and accompanied by the relevant purchase/order information.
Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or improperly stored may not qualify for exchange.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is damaged due to an issue attributable to LIYAN ART or our delivery arrangement, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, LIYAN ART may:
- Send a replacement product to the customer;
- Allow the customer to collect or purchase the replacement from our store; or
- Adjust the applicable amount according to the circumstances.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage.
10. Custom Orders
Customized and personalized products are produced specifically according to the customer's requirements.
Because these products are made specifically for an individual customer, advance payment is required and is non-refundable once production has commenced or the order has been confirmed for production.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, measurements, designs, colors, text, photographs, and other customization information.
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges or may not be possible.
11. Resin-Art Training
LIYAN ART provides professional practical resin-art training.
Depending on the available program, courses may be offered in different durations, including:
- 3-day courses
- 7-day courses
- 15-day courses
- 1-month courses
Training programs, schedules, locations, fees, curriculum, and available places may change.
LIYAN ART places particular emphasis on providing skill-development opportunities for girls and women, while training availability may also include male students depending on the specific program and location.
The minimum recommended age for training is 14 years.
Course registration and payment terms will be communicated to the student before confirmation.
12. Training Results
LIYAN ART provides practical instruction, guidance, and professional techniques. However, individual results depend on the student's attendance, practice, creativity, effort, and ability to follow instructions.
Completion of a course does not guarantee income, employment, business success, or a specific level of earnings.
13. Intellectual Property
All original LIYAN ART branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, videos, written materials, course materials, and other original content remain the property of LIYAN ART or their respective owners.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially reuse our original content without prior written permission.
14. Website Use
Customers agree not to use the LIYAN ART website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Customers must not attempt to interfere with website security, damage the website, access unauthorized areas, or misuse our ordering systems.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, incorrect information, or other serious issues.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
An item displayed on the website does not necessarily guarantee availability until the order has been confirmed by LIYAN ART.
